Lab Grown Diamonds

Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds and offer the same brilliance, durability and beauty.
Yes. All centre diamonds are independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

Ordering & Production

Absolutely. Once your order is placed, we handpick an IGI certified diamond suited to your ring and send you the certificate and a video so you can view it before production begins.
We carefully select a diamond we believe is perfectly suited to your ring and send you the IGI certificate and a video to view it. You can approve with confidence before we begin crafting, ensuring you love your diamond before production starts.
Yes. If you would like to see alternative options, we are happy to select additional diamonds for you to view via certificate and video before your ring enters production.
Made-to-order rings are normally completed within approximately four weeks from diamond approval; please allow up to seven weeks during busy periods. Ready to Ship rings normally dispatch within 1–3 business days when no resizing is requested. Complimentary resizing adds approximately 10 days.
Yes. Complimentary resizing may be requested with your order, subject to jeweller assessment. Resizing adds approximately 10 days to the dispatch timeframe.
No. Norah Light is an online jewellery brand offering both made-to-order and Ready to Ship rings. Without the overheads of a traditional retail showroom, we're able to pass those savings directly on to you.

Product Details

Our rings are available in 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold, 18k yellow gold, 18k white gold and platinum.
Our rings are available in both 14k and 18k gold. 14k gold offers an excellent balance of durability and everyday wearability. 18k gold has a higher gold content, giving it a richer colour and a slightly more luxurious feel.
We offer a wide range of Australian ring sizes. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweller for a professional measurement or contacting us for guidance.

Policies

Yes. All Norah Light rings are covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal wear.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in ring construction, settings, prongs and precious metals, and any manufacturing faults affecting structural integrity. It does not cover general wear and tear, scratches or surface damage, accidental damage, loss of stones due to misuse, repairs performed by another jeweller, or theft and loss.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Ready to Ship orders are final once placed. Made-to-order purchases may be cancelled before the selected diamond is approved, but cannot be cancelled or changed after approval and production has commenced. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
We recommend cleaning your ring regularly using warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
