Shipping & Returns

 

All Norah Light rings are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Once your order has been placed, we will personally source a suitable IGI Certified lab grown diamond based on your chosen specifications. Before production begins, you will receive a video of your selected diamond for approval.

Most orders are completed within approximately four weeks from diamond approval. During busy periods, please allow up to seven weeks for production and delivery.

We offer complimentary insured shipping Australia wide on all orders.

Once your ring is ready, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns

As every Norah Light ring is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including ring size, metal selection and diamond specifications before approving their diamond and proceeding with production.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your ring arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Each case will be assessed individually and we will work with you to resolve any genuine manufacturing defects covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to diamond approval.

Once a diamond has been approved and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

Ring Sizing

We recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweller for professional sizing.

Should resizing be required after purchase, please contact us to discuss the available options.
