1. About Norah Light

Norah Light (ABN 51 095 082 255) is an Australian jewellery brand based in Melbourne, specialising in made-to-order lab grown diamond engagement rings and bands. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Rings that are not marked Ready to Ship are made to order. Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your selected IGI certified diamond. Once you have approved the diamond and production has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Production & Delivery

Made-to-order rings are normally completed within approximately four weeks from diamond approval; please allow up to seven weeks during busy periods. Ready to Ship rings normally dispatch within 1–3 business days when no resizing is requested. Complimentary resizing is available, subject to jeweller assessment, and adds approximately 10 days to dispatch. Norah Light is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

6. Diamond Certification

All diamonds supplied by Norah Light are IGI (International Gemological Institute) certified. Certificates will be provided with your order. The specifications of your diamond will match those stated in your IGI certificate.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Ready to Ship orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or changed. Made-to-order purchases may be cancelled before the selected diamond is approved; once the diamond has been approved and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can provide the remedy required by law. 8. Warranty

Norah Light rings are crafted to the highest standard and are covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Warranty page for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of Norah Light and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
