Each ring is made to order using carefully selected materials and crafted to the highest standards. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all Norah Light engagement rings.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship

• Faults in the setting resulting from manufacturing issues

• Structural defects caused by manufacturing faults

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Loss or theft

• General wear and tear

• Scratches, dents or surface marks from everyday use

• Damage caused by impact or misuse

• Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals or harsh conditions

• Repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by a third party

Ring Care

Fine jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed, however all jewellery requires care.

We recommend removing your ring during activities that may expose it to excessive force, impact or harsh chemicals. Regular cleaning and periodic inspections will help maintain its beauty and longevity.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Each claim will be assessed individually and we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
